Forget wanting money. Or love. Or power. Everything we do, we do in order to feel...something. Something good. In the end it all comes down to having connections or feeling connected.

Two very different things. We can force connections, fake connections, use connections, manipulate connections. They can be superficial, they can even harm others.

But to feel connected... In that best possible sense... For that we need to overcome our fears, learn to be vulnerable, learn to listen, learn to put aside our egos and with them our insecurities.

For that we often could use some help, to overcome that first scary step to reach out for a real connection.

And that's where I come in.

This summer I'm starting a good old fashioned dance hall. We used to go to the disco in my days or village parties to dance.

It's one way to connect for sure, in the most relaxed fashion.
